I believe the Bug 9652889 will not hit in 11.2.0.1 so there won't be any fix for 11.2.0.1 . Please follow the below Action Plan and let us know the results :- Action Plan:- ------------------ ++ Stop the 12c Agent ++ Check if the emcrsp.bin process still exists ++ Start the 12c Agent ++ Please check growth of emcrsp.bin process ++ Run the OS watcher and upload the logs ( Note 301137.1) ++ Run the RACcheck as ROOT user and upload the logs to check the cluster configuration ++ RACcheck - RAC Configuration Audit Tool [ID 1268927.1]
