Oracle requested to enable debug on prod1  server. We enabled the debug, then it started writing logs under sysman/log folder.
Its consumed entire SWAP utilisation on the server,  consequently node1 down when we bring up the agents because of the agent locks.



There is no service interruption for end users as prod2 is up and running.

We implemented below action plan to resolve the agent issue on PROD1.
