Before going to upgradation in silent mode i worked with oracle support and get back as per below.

1. I need to upgrade database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3, cluster upgrade has been completed to 11.2.0.3. and installed 11.2.0.3 binaries.
2. we are plaing to upgrade the database using dbua silent method. we need the document on this.
3. and more over do we need to collect statistics of all the schemas after upgrade?
4. database file system is in ASM.
5. we recently updated server plotform like RHEL 4.8 to 5.5 and cluster upgarded from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3.
6. for upgrade which method is better manul/dbua(GUI)/DBUA silent
7. how much time approximately takes for 500GB database upgrade.
8. Is there any index crashing like index inactive?
9. if we miss to valid the invalid objects before upgrade is it possible to valid after upgrade?

You can choose any of the upgarde method but manual upgarde gives more control over process and easy to troubleshoot in case any issue.
7. how much time approximately takes for 500GB database upgrade.
We can not estimate how much time it will require to upgarde as it depends on your environment , below document explains the details.

It is Not supported to upgarde database if you have any invalid component/objects in database before upgarde.
